PG-101-103 Gateway supports Modbus TCP and BACnet IP protocols. It is a Bi-directional Converter that can be configured as a Client and/or a Server on either protocol interface.
When configured as a BACnet IP client, the Gateway can read data from your BACnet IP devices and serve the data on Modbus TCP. Also, it can write commands sent from the Modbus TCP side to the BACnet IP devices.
When configured as a Modbus TCP client, the Gateway can read data from your Modbus TCP devices and serve it as BACnet IP data. Also, it can write commands sent from the BACnet IP side to the Modbus TCP devices.
Modbus TCP to BACnet IP Gateway Converter can be configured to behave as a server on both BACnet IP and Modbus TCP interfaces. This mode is useful when data exchange is required between a BACnet IP client (for e.g. SCADA) and a Modbus TCP client (for e.g. a Building Management System).
